Community Project Funding Application for Fiscal Year 2027

Each year, my office is able to submit up to 15 community projects for consideration for federal funding. This process gives us an important opportunity to work together to direct federal resources toward projects that strengthen Delaware's communities and meet the real, everyday needs of our neighbors across Delaware.

My team has prepared a comprehensive resource guide to help organizations through the Community Project Funding process and what will be required in order to submit a request through my office once the application period opens. PLEASE NOTE: This year's application is not available yet as we await guidance from the House Appropriations Committee. We do not know when the application period will begin. All eligible accounts and requirements for each account are subject to change. Our handbook is based on FY26 information, as we do not have FY27 yet. This will be helpful to you as your organization plans for potential applications for FY27, but please keep in mind that all of this is subject to change. Our guide will be updated as soon as we have FY27 information available.
